Dear AHA Families, Students and Prospective Parents-
Welcome to All Hallows Academy, a Catholic elementary school serving students from Kindergarten through 8th grade, located on the top of Mt. Soledad in La Jolla, CA.
Established in 1964, AHA serves families and students through:
- Dedicated, passionate teachers
- A well-rounded curriculum,
- Community service and outreach
- Small group learning environments and
- Fine arts/language and technology programs
All of these elements are rooted in the foundation of the Church and God’s teachings.
It is with great pride that I share the amazing philosophies and goals of All Hallows Academy. Our common vision is to work with teachers, parents and students to make education relevant for each child. We are committed to providing your children with the rigorous standards-based academics in a Catholic learning environment. This approach creates well-rounded, smart students who are ready for success in high school, and higher education.
The faculty and I are dedicated to the academic, social, spiritual growth and success of our students, and are duly committed to our own learning and professional growth so that we can best serve you. We continuously examine our teaching practices to ensure that our strategies meet the needs of our students, and we engage parents as partners to build a strong home-school connection that optimizes student achievement.
We also have a unique Learning Center for students in need of academic or social-behavioral support who are diagnosed with a need for a professional individualized learning plan (IEPs).
We are a Catholic school that takes very seriously the mission of preparing students to live out the Gospel. Students are engaged in service (within our community and beyond) to others throughout the year in various on-going projects. We value the opportunity to worship together during daily prayer and monthly masses as well as on Sundays as a larger parish community.
All Hallows Academy, through the consistent support and participation of a strong, engaged parent community, creates a caring and safe learning environment for all of its students. We invite you to learn more about our school from our website and an individual Parent-to-Parent tour of our campus. Please contact the school at (858) 459-6074 to schedule a tour.
